When living or being married that includes a pet or pets make sure about. Who is going to be the sole owner of the pet? It will save one lots of legal fees. Especial if you are living together and than separate. It is not good for the pet to be in this situation. So be concerned about the pet's emotional effects. That could be caused by this. Keep those receipts from purchase to vets visits for evidence of who was responsible for these fees.
Now in the course of a gift make sure that there is a signed document to prove this.
Than that person is solely responsible for the care and other pet costs.
If you love your pet that much than take care of business right away. Than you will be able to avoid any legal actions. Glad I could help avoid a grave mistake as this.
