In our city of note we have doggie bags that are available for free with a Dumpster near by located along the lake Michigan beach. This was to help control waste that has been left on the sidewalks and grass areas surrounding the Sandie beach. In an efforts to help illuminate the problem.

Do you think the pet owners have taken the hint to use these free doggie baggies? Their still using those invisible doggie bags and shovels. I've been wondering were you can purchase them? Because i sure would like to know..

Some Pets owners claim its their dog who is naughty, but i think
if they don't bother to pickup after their pets. They just might
be a naught pet owner. i know they wouldn't want their pet waste left in their yards maybe that is why some of them take their pets for walks. Free dumpster and baggies didn't work for these pet owners. So their doing it deliberate.
I know there are a lot of good pet owners but when a city provides for cleaning up after their dogs and still it doesn't work. Than these owners are just not nice to do it on other people property and that includes our parks and Beach's.

If you have a friend who does this maybe for a Christmas buy either their dog baggies and a shovel. You never know they just might take the hint and use it.
After all they wouldn't like others leaving a messes in their yards, would they....
Maybe signs would work..
Help keep our public places clean for those who use them which includes their pet.
