You could before taking a walk let them go in your own yard and than
they will be less likely to need cleaning up after.
But it is still a good idea to take a scooper and bag along just in case.
You wouldn't want other pet owners to leave a mess in your yard or sidewalk. let's be honesty.
Common sense would tell anyone its just the neighborly thing to do.
The reason I mention this issue because our cities public works provide
bags and receptacle's for dog deposits.
People in the area still found that they were not making use of these.
The problem still persists. They still are not cleaning up after their pets.
